Walkinshaw for Congress Democratic Primary Victory party

After Congressman Gerry Connolly, who had been a good friend for 30 years, passed away, a special election was held to fill his seat in Virginia’s 11th Congressional District.

James Walkinshaw, who has long worked together with us for the local community, has won the special election for the U.S. Congress and will face the general election in September.

The campaign held a Thank You event at Caboose Commons in Merrifield with volunteers and supporters gathered to celebrate.
